Tall Spikegrass (Extremograminus stiletto) is a species of spikegrass. It has been cultivated for use as an ornamental species by the Travellers aboard the Space Anomaly.
Description[]
Being a cultivar of an unknown species of wild spikegrass, the tall spikegrass has been specifically adapted to be suitable for growth in all biomes, soil types, and under any weather condition, making it a polyextremophile. They are characterized by their long, hairy bladed leaves, but unlike their cousin the short spikegrass, they sport slightly thinner blades. They also grow in less densely-packed tufts when compared to their cousins.

Tall Spikegrass is an unlockable ornamental building item that was originally unlocked by the player community via weekly contributions tier rewards. It can be purchased from the Quicksilver Synthesis Companion aboard the Space Anomaly for 500 Quicksilver. It serves no other purpose but to "beautify" a player's base. When used in building, it requires 40 carbon to construct.
