She is the spirit guardian of Ballerina Cappuccina, known for sacrificing herself in a brutal attack to save Ballerina Cappuccina. Her resurrection is said to require 1 million likes, prayers, or memories. She is the only Brainrot ghost to retain consciousness, agency, and power.

Spirita Cappuccina has a white ceramic cappuccino cup head with a single handle (right side). Her swirl glows golden and sometimes morphs into a feather. Her ceramic surface shows glowing cracks, and she is often surrounded by faint mist. She has a busty, tall ballerina form with translucent skin tinted lavender, glowing golden tattoos, and a gothic black tutu that sometimes flickers like starlight.
