Rhedosaurus is a giant Archosaur, possibly a close relative to crocodilians. Rhedosaurus has large, curved spikes running down its neck and back, which get shorter and less curved the more they go down the tail, with an exception being the 3rd to last spike, being long and straight, possibly aiding the Rhedosaurus in swimming. Rhedosaurus has 2 long fangs at the front of its snout, possibly being there for mating display. Unlike most other Archosaurs, Rhedosaurus has a roar, meaning this roar must be an advantage for it. A Rhedosaurus specimen was found in ice and was still alive when it unfroze, meaning Rhedosaurus can withstand extreme cold temperatures.
