The Mutant creeper is a species of creeper, created when one is exposed to chemical X. They are much larger and stronger than their normal counterparts and produce an egg upon death. Their ability to reproduce unique offspring solidifies their species status.

They have a more spider-like body than normal creepers, and a wider explosion range. They reproduce by spawning creeper minions during a fight, and dropping an egg after exploding upon defeat.
