Monkay (Monkay chinpoko) is a species of used as one of the many species of mostly-unrelated domesticated Chinpokomon. Despite their names, they are not in fact monkeys but are instead a species of great ape.
Physiology[]
Although little study has been done on any Chinpokomon, what is evident of Monkays is that they have cyan skin covered in thick magenta-hued hair. Their eyes are light pink, which may indicate that they naturally suffer from an affliction in the eye similar to that seen in albinos, though it is of note that Monkays are themselves not albino.
They have large cheeks which may be used to store food similar to a hamster, and their ears have grown up on top of their heads to give them a bear-like appearance. Their toes are splayed out to give them more surface area and make them harder to knock over. They appear to have only three toes, although the other two may simply be hidden from the frontal view they are always seen in.
