Other information |
The Jersey Devil (Teratos incomprehensibilis), also known as the "Leeds Devil", is a demon often sighted in New Jersey.
Biology[]
This animal is described as being a flying bipedal chimeric mammalian creature with a kangaroo-like posture and either a horse- or goat-like head, leathery bat-like wings, horns, short arms with clawed hands, legs with cloven hooves and a forked tail. It is reported to emit a high-pitched blood-curdling scream-like sound.
Notes[]
- This beast bears a vague resemblance to the goat-headed deity Baphomet, who is also winged and regarded as a demon by some. Though the two most likely have no relation.
