"Armed with morning stars, gnolls and gnoll marauders are above average foot soldier units." |
The Gnolls were a species of hyenid gnoll indigenous to the swamps of the nation of Tatalia on the continent of Antagarich, on the planet of Enroth. Being a sapient race indigenous to Tatalia, they were roped into a permanent allegiance with the Tatalian nation, inhabiting almost all of their fortresses and towns.
As a species they were weak fighters, though make up for this by sheer weight of numbers.
When Enroth was destroyed in an Armageddon event, the Gnolls apparently did not escape and went extinct.
Culture[]
Typical male citizens wear blue tunics and live in huts. When pushed into battle they wield single-headed flails. Their soldiers are known as marauders and are issued heavy leather armor and three-headed flails.
As a civilization they are ruled over by their elders, and the gender roles are segregated, with males taking the role of beastmasters (and likely hunters) and females taking the role of healers and witches.
