The Gigantudine (Gigantudine logdotzipi) is a species of ancient, extinct sea turtle formerly indigenous to the Minecraft World. Although they are extinct, some efforts have been put forth that will bring the creatures back to life, though doing so is considered to be a particularly dangerous task.

EtymologyEdit

Their name is a portmanteau of the words "Gigantic", due to their physical size; and "testudines", the order name given to turtles.

Their specific name refers to their discoverer, Logdotzip.

PhysiologyEdit

Their skin and shell are very thick and can only legitimately be penetrated by way of potions, possibly due to the liquid being able to be absorbed through their skin. Due to the revitalized fossils causing the creatures to become undead variants, their shells are cracked with potions of regeneration before an adventurer can ever hope to damage the being.
