The Fairy Speck is an incredibly small fairy from the Barbie movie universe. Only one is known to exist, and her only known habitat is the Cave of Reflections. She gets her name from being as small as a speck.
Biology[]
All that is known about this creature is she is bioluminescent, translucent, and very tiny. She can appear as a speck of light, with her true form being a minuscule female humanoid with a mostly purple body, and purple hair. It's unknown what she eats, as it's never brought up. Despite being seemingly made of light, it's implied she's still subject to bodily harm. Judging by her dialogue when Rayla tries to catch her.
History[]
The Fairy Speck was first discovered by a butterfly fairy named "Mariposa" and some of her friends, first appearing as a speck of light. She revealed her true form when Mariposa's friend Rayla caught her between her hands, causing her to say "Watch where you put those mitts of yours! You could hurt someone."
