Other information |
The Ditto is an amorphous species of Normal-type Pokémon known for its shapeshifting ability.
Origin[]
It is unknown how Ditto came about. Some theorize it to be a failed Mew clone, while others say they're naturally occurring.
Biology[]
It is capable of breeding with any Pokémon, regardless of type, egg group or gender, although it has no gender of its own. Whenever it battles, it takes the form of its opponent and copies their abilities. The most telltale sign that a Pokémon is actually a Ditto is if it has a Ditto-like face, which is quite simple in design. It is widely believed that Ditto is the source of elixr pumps in clash of clans.
