Tetraceris, also referred to by the common name "Atlalopes" here on All Species Wiki, is an official "genus" (given the size of the galaxies, it is more correct to refer to them as superorders) found in a working game of No Man's Sky. They make up the antelope-like organisms that can be found scattered across the various galaxies. They are closely related to the superorder Reococcyx—the bipedal antelopes—but not to the superorder Mechanoceris—the mechanical antelopes.

Tetracerids are quadrupedal, and have hoofed, "long toed", or elephant-like feet, and a long, stumpy, or split tail. Their two known body types are pretty similar, but they can have a wide range of heads: These are referred to in-game as "anteater", "Bedlington", "dog" and "frilled dog", "floral", "short fly" and "long fly", "snoot", "roo", "slug", or "worm". They often have a form of horns (antlers, gazelle horns, ibex horns, ram horns, sliced horns) and/or other display structures (back spines, barnacles, flowers, prongs, sail, shoulder ridges, spikes, stacked plates, or table coral.)
