Bluntbeaks, also known as Clubills are a group of dryptocephalan tripediornids belonging to the family blundrabeccus. They are endemic to the planet Vuunega, and are one of only two types of dryptocephalans, alongside the warbills. Of the four type of Struthimimids (ratite-like tripediornids) (the dryptocephalans, browserbeaks, probills, and bladeskirts), the Bluntbeaks are the most common. The bluntbeaks are differentiated by their rounded or otherwise blunt-ended beaks, which wrap around their skull for added support in striking at foes or taking direct blows. Bluntbeaks are further differentiated into the offensive-oriented cudgelbeaks and the defense-oriented shieldbeaks.

Bluntbeaks are surprisingly nearly cosmopolitan despite generally-poor flight capabilities (although they mostly can still fly), and can be found the world over in various forms, though they are most often found in grassland, beach, and desert biomes where their weaponized beaks can be used to the greatest effect.

The best-known Bluntbeaks are the Skullbeaks and Macebills.
