Brr Brr Patapim (Dinanthropoides cerebralis) is one of the earliest Italian Brainrot characters, created on the 18th of February 2025. He is a giant long-nosed monkey mixed with a tree. His feet are enormous, his legs entangled with tree branches, while his hands are comparably small and grow out of his head. Leaves cover the entirety of his body, save for his feet. He appears in a forest backgroud, standing on what seems to be a cement road.
