The Asthma Hound Chihuahua is a breed of dog originating from The Ren and Stimpy Show.
Biology[]
It is a sub breed of chihuahua that looks more like a rabbit with a rat tail than any sort of canine.
Relationship with humans[]
Their number of legal rights is a bit unclear, a few times it seems like they have the same rights humans do, such as that to own a home or have a paying job, but other times it seems they can be adopted the same as any other animal.
